Radius Assistant: Privacy Policy

Radius Assistant is an internal tool for center directors of Mathnasium learning centers operated by Emile Endeavors Inc. It is not offered to the public.

What it uses

• Your Google account email, to confirm you are allowed to act for your center.
• Radius (radius.mathnasium.com) records you open, such as leads, students, accounts and session notes, to build your daily checklist. These are read in your browser and are not stored on our server.
• Messages you choose to send: texts go through TruText and emails through your center's Gmail. A parent's phone number or email is sent to those services only when you send a message or look up an appointment.
• Appointment lookups: a lead's phone number or email is compared with your center's Apptoto calendar to show booked assessments.

What we store

Our server stores each center's service settings (TruText and Apptoto keys, center email). When a center connects its inbox, the server also keeps copies of four kinds of incoming email for up to 60 days, so directors can see them next to the matching family: website lead emails from mathnasium.com, call notes from the phone system (Five9 / MC3), appointment confirmations from Apptoto, and family emails about cards or payments. No other email is read or stored. Your checklist, points, layout and email signature are saved in your own Chrome browser.

What we never do

We do not sell or share data, use it for advertising, or send invoices or billing details to parents. Data is used only to help directors do their work.
